Delivery + Shipping / Shipping Costs
- $80 flat rate fee for delivery anywhere on the Gold Coast.
GOLD COAST PICK UP
If you would like to pick up your purchase from the Gold Coast this option can be selected at check out. Please only chose this option if you can collect your order within one week of being notified of your order being ready. Otherwise an email will be sent for a shipping fee. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be cancelled.
PROCESSING ORDERS
- Each item is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your order. We will notify you when your order is ready.
- Please allow 3-10 business days after notification for your order to arrive. A shipping confirmation will be sent after your order has been processed.
- We do not take any responsibility for lost or missing items. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing an order.
SHIPPING BEYOND THE GOLD COAST

Returns and Faulty products
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our

page within 24 hours with description and photos of damage. A replacement will be provided for you, no refunds will be provided.
